What does your ticket include?
Entry into Gincident – an event that happened due to one too many gins! 14 December 2019, and a branded Gincident Cup (first 1500 through the gate – unbranded cups are also available). Collect your Gincident cup at the Gintrance booth on arrival. This will be used for your 5ml tasting samples from distillers (to be rinsed at stalls) The purchase a refreshing G&T or tasty cocktail throughout the day. Please hold onto this as it is your link to the joys of the juniper berry all day.

Can I enjoy my Gin with some live music?
You certainly can! There will be live entertainment throughout the event.

Will there be food?
Yes indeed! Some of the best food vans in Adelaide, no less. Delicious food to enjoy with amazing Gin. We promise there will be way more food! Please do not bring your own food on site, our fabulous caterers have been hired to provide gin accompaniments for you.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Under 18’s are not recommended to attend Gincident. ID may be requested at service areas. A children’s craft area will be happening inside with lots of great food for them and music for those who need to attend with their parents. $10 entry on the gate only for kids over 12 . Children under 12 free with full parental supervision.

Can we buy tickets on the door on the day of the event?
A limited number of tickets will be available on the gate. We suggest you book ahead to avoid disappointment. Due to capacity numbers of the venue, we expect this to sell out!

Will there be an ATM on site?
Yes, there will be but we are aiming for a cashless event

Can I leave and then come back?
Re-entry is permitted but will be dependent on capacity.

How can I contact the organiser with any questions?

What’s the refund policy?
Refunds are available until 15 November 2019

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, but a ticket on your phone may also be accepted OR simply show your ID at the gate

Can I update my registration information?
Yes, log back into your eventbrite account to update

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?
Yes, we know these things happen and we are glad you can come along in someones place. ID may be requested. 

What happens if I lose something during the event?
If you think you have lost an item, please contact 

Is it a pet friendly event?
Unfortunately you will have to find a new best friend to drink with today. Dogs are not allowed inside the venue. *service dogs accepted of course

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Port Adelaide is a 22minute drive from the CBD down Port Road

Bus Route 230 departs King William Street to Port Adelaide

Train departs from Adelaide Railway Station to Port Adelaide

Car parking is available at the front of the Flour Shed and surrounding streets

Drink responsibly and call a taxi or uber with friends to enjoy the day.
